Summer Gathering (Y3)

Event Details 

This gathering is a one-day event focused on roleplay interactions and tournament-style combat. Play hours will be from 10 AM to  9 PM Saturday, with potluck-style meals contributed to by both players and staff. The remainder of the weekend will be for out-of-character socializing and fun. Because this is a time focused on roleplaying and hanging out, rather than intense plots and mods, we will not be restricting tickets to a certain number.

Due to the cost of renting the site, we will not have all of our typical buildings and will rent the most that we are able based on attendance. We will be focusing on first ensuring that there are air-conditioned spaces. If you would like to contribute more towards this event than the ticket price, it will allow us to rent more buildings. You can pay up to the full regular event price of $80 for 1 cp per $15 extra. If you would like a private tebin to stay in, please contact staff via email. 

We will not disallow new players from attending! However, please understand that this will not be a typical event and likely not the best introduction to LARP as it normally is, but it will be a great opportunity to get to know the game's community and lore in a lower-stakes setting.

Please note:

• This gathering will count towards training time and character points (2 CP).
• This gathering will not include profession progression, between-game action responses, letters, or another between-game action period.
• Cars are not allowed on-site during play hours unless by direct permission of the General Managers. 

Tickets cover your lodging at Camp Karoondinha and the running of the game. If you can't attend after registration, we ask that you e-mail the staff immediately. Please review our full refund, resell, and cancellation policies.
