Play hours for the event are between 10 PM - 2 AM Friday, 10 AM Saturday - 2 AM Sunday, and 10 AM - 2 PM (approximately) Sunday.
Please note:
You must let a manager know if you must leave the site for any reason.
Checking out and handing over your bag of props before leaving the game is mandatory.
Cars are not allowed on-site during play hours unless by direct permission of the General Managers.
If you plan to arrive after game on Friday or leave before game off on Sunday, please notify staff at
staff@eraschronicles.com. Failure to do so may result in a delay in your next ticket purchase.
Under no circumstances may you purchase a ticket for anyone else.
Tickets cover lodging at Camp Karoondinha and the running of the game. If you can't attend after registration, please e-mail the staff immediately. Please review our full refund, resell, and cancellation policies.

Season Pass (E1 & E2)
This ticket reserves your spot to play and basic lodging at the first two events of 2026. It is non-transferable and non-refundable. Do not purchase a ticket for anyone but yourself. Season passes are not available to participants with any rule violations or warnings from within the last 12 months. The unauthorized purchase of a pass will result in the pass being forfeited and a subsequent rules violation.
