Time & Location
About the Event
“Foxhedge Awaits” will run out of Camp Karoondinha (225 Thomas Dam Rd, Millmont, PA).
**Covid-19 Pre-cautions will be announced prior to the event. All attendees must show proof of complete vaccination (and be 2 weeks after their final shot) either by e-mail or at check-in. Those without proof will not be allowed to participate.**
Check-in will run from 6-8:30 PM at Edna Sheary Lodge (staff headquarters), please with your weapon for safety checking. Do not set up a tent or claim a bunk without first checking in!
Pre-game workshops start at 9:00 pm in the "Dining Hall" (the stone building on the main camp road). Prior to 9 pm on Friday night, players may drive onto the camp proper in order to unpack their vehicles at their sleeping quarters. We ask that you unpack and move your vehicle to the designated parking lot at the entrance to the camp.
If you are planning to arrive after 9:00 on Friday or leave early, please notify staff at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can both plan for your presence at game, and figure out how best to allow for you to unpack late, or pack up early!

Food will be provided for all players in the form of Saturday breakfast and dinner, Sunday breakfast, with light snacks provided throughout the weekend. The main tavern kitchen is off-limits except for designated Tavern Keeps. Two kitchens will be available for general player use throughout the game in Ecology and Kirby Lodge, they're equipped with a gas range, oven, refrigerator, sink, and prep area. Please be considerate of others and clean up any mess made during your personal food preparation, and label any food placed in the refrigerators.
If you do not plan on partaking in any of the provided meals, please contact staff so that the tavern staff will know how many to cook for.
Sleeping arrangements are guaranteed in lodge or cabin sleeping quarters, equipped with metal-frame bunks and camp mattresses. They are heated via wood stove, with wood provided. Those who wish to bring their own tents are welcome: period tents, or modern tents covered in canvas or cotton, are considered in-game spaces and can be set up within the play area of the game (with staff direction on location). Modern tents without an approved covering may be set up in a separate area and will be considered out-of-character areas. The site-provided wall tents are seasonally available canvas tents on wooden platforms, they are also considered in-game. Single bathrooms and single-room showers are available on site.
Out-of-character lodging in the staff building will be available for those with medical needs for a consistently climate-controlled sleeping area, please contact staff to discuss your needs.
We ask that everyone sleeping in an in-game area make a concerted effort to keep the space looking in-game. This means that we ask you to store electronics and other modern devices out of sight and keep modern bedding and luggage covered by a sheet or blanket, or under your bed. Not following these guidelines may result in the area being designated as out-of-game by staff and will forfeit overnight skill refreshes. Decorating your character space is optional, but strongly encouraged, as it allows you to host visitors and spend time in, and entertain in your space during the event.
Payment for attendance is $75 via Paypal or by cash at the door.
Please be sure to submit your character sheet and player info sheet.
