Refund & Cancellation policy
Our business operates on a scheduled event basis. For the Covid 19 Pandemic: When you cannot participate in an event for which you have bought a ticket, we require all ticker purchasers to provide at least two weeks notice to the scheduled start date. Otherwise, the payment for your ticket will not be available for a refund. We will provide a code for the next event, where customers can use the payment of their missed event for attendance at no additional charge. Refunds can be given for notice given prior to two weeks, or the purchasers may choose to accept the same payment code for the following event.
If Eras Chronicles LLC must cancel an event, notice will be given to all ticket purchasers via e-mail, posting on the Facebook group and the Discord server. Ticket fees will be refunded to all purchasers within two weeks of the announcement.
